Default Internet Gambling Banned in Washington State

Internet Gambling Banned in Washington State 04/22/2006 05:17 PM
A new law was passed during the 2006 Washington State Legislative Session that makes it a Class C Felony to gamble on the Internet, operate a gambling site, or facilitate Internet gambling in any way. No information is available as to how they plan to enforce this new law.

Is this true? Does anybody have any information on this? If this is true, then...............

The same law has been passed in all the state legislatures, as the states have officially decided they can make federal decisions now. In a similarly audacious move, all the county governments have decided to place limits on the number of minority individuals that are allowed to reside within their localities stating, "It's important that minorities remain minorities. We're just protecting their minority rights as it's obvious the federal government does not want to make a decision on this matter."

In a slightly more confusing move, Washington state passed a bill that requires all residents of Arkansas to fix their teeth, and also requires Washington, D.C. to change its name to The Unimportant Washington as the state is tired of carrying this moniker.

Sorry guys, looks like you're all going to have to stop gambling. Just be happy you aren't a minority gambler in DC who has residency in Arkansas because then you're really getting the shaft.

But "transmits or receives gambling information by semaphore"?

    Semaphore??

Seriously? Well, at least smoke signals are still apparently legal.

Any plans to make SBR Odds version III semaphore-compatible?

Does anyone live in Washington on here? How is it being enforced? Also, do you have access to a nuclear weapon in case you just want to put your foot down and end it all in the northwest. They might think twice before making a law that have no clue about again.

These people should just be pushed down and not let up until they call a press conference admitting that they are no longer are to be considered real people.

EDIT: Just kidding about the nuclear weapan. I beleive they should only be used against other countries. But, we should not be shy about using them because if the other countries were smart enough to make them they would have already used them.
