Payouts are slow and getting slower. Requested a payout 3 weeks ago (3/7) and it has yet to be processed.

hard to rate them 1-10 because they do so many things well and so many things poorly. they pay and have lots of betting options and a fairish live casino.

they are shiesty, have less than competent customer service at times, try their best to slow pay...

I have never had any problems with them, never had a cold call from them either. Since they are not in good standing with SBR I would not look at starting an account with them now though. SBR does help handle a lot of disputes for players and you would be better off going with a book that is on good terms with SBR.

I think I can be fairly objective since I have been almost limited out the door. Played there for over 2 years. Had slow pay issues like everyone else but was willing to put up with that due to their opinionated lines. If u take 105 that is for sure the way to go. I think they are financially ok as they have some ownership that is Cris related. Richard has always been quick to handle my issues. If you need to get money in and out quick I would tell you to play somewhere else. If you can deal with the slow pay--then it is a good option. Play until they show you the door.

i've received 3 payouts in the last couple months... bp told me in live chat that the check payout would take about 10 business days... the ** payouts were received 24-48 hours or so...

Good experiences with them so far.I have always been paid in the proper time frame that they have stated.However,if you need your money quickly thats where a problem could arise...but if you need your money that quickly you probably shouldn't be gambling

$2000 limit on postal checks and $850 limits on money orders - not sure how you would ever withdraw more than 5k there

In terms of payout speed, I requested two money orders in March and was paid within 48 hours.

They are hands down the worst sports book I have ever used. They stole $3K from me. I was winning there, but one day I logged in to see that many 3, 4 and 5 team parlays had been placed on my account, 1-2 per minute. They were placed so close together (time-wise) that I don't know even know how the guy physically did it.

I immediately told them my account had been broken into. Despite the fact that many of the parlays consisted of games which hadn't even started yet, they waited until all of the parlays were certain losers before making their decision... all bets must stand. They free rolled me.

On another site someone told me how these things happen... the affiliates know customers' account details, including passwords. This reminded me of something SBR had told me. In their investigation they had told me that I had the same affiliate as someone who had had the exact same problem. The guy's name was "Alvin Ma". I have no idea how this guy became my afffiliate.

Eventually, I figured out why this happened. The affiliate only makes money on your account if you lose. BP refused to tell me how this guy became my affiliate or who he is. He is probably a friend of Richard's. They have a lot Vietnamese-American employees and customers.

Anyway, they are terrible.
