durito,
be honest please. do you consider sia as a real out for a serious gambler? do you have sia as an out for yourself? be honest.
pimike,
of course you're going to take this guy's side, you know him better. you don't even know me.. but he did say he had MIN +125 and that was a lie or else he'd post it.

What a lucky guess on my part...i just happened to know that SIA had MINN +125 and mentioned it right around the time it was available

how much can you get down on a game? can you get 1k on it? and if you keep taking the weak line, you're telling me they don't toss you? how come you haven't been tossed yet?

On an MLB game you can get down up to $1100 which is more than sufficient for their target audience. If you request an incrase in your betting limit, it may be granted but all requests for increases are reviewed on a case by case basis by management.

Let's be honest here. If you know what you are doing they are going to limit and boot you reasonably quickly -- but, why not take a crack at it while you can. You can throw them off with some -EV bets at first. Plenty of books offer chances like this.
It's hell of a lot easier than trying to beat a sharp market like MLB day of games lines at pinnacle/matchbook.

i can't believe you have lasted this long. maybe i was just unlucky.. i swear to god, i signed up with them and by the 2nd day, they told me not to bet with them and they are closing my acct. this was back in 2002 or 2003.. it's not like i beat them. i was 1 game over .500 and i only played those wacky dogs that were 15 cents better than everywhere else.
of couse at that time, you could only bet dogs because they jacked their favs like crazy.. i loved SIA and loved their prices. but their limits back then were 500 to start. never 1k..

its exactly like any other book. just click on the line, then press submit, then ok..
it will say
BOS -184
CHW +183
click on bos -184, enter amount in the box, then press OK..
you don't really have to make any offers if you dont want. you will still get great lines...
its no different than any other book offshore.

Matchbook would only be interesting for me if they offerred accounts in Euro too. As long as they don't do that they are a 'no play' for me because of the risk to lose money if the USD loses value compared to the Euro.
If Pinnacle, Cris, TheGreek (and of course Betfair and others) can offer various currencies why can't Matchbook? I guess because they don't want european customers?!?
