i was tempted to take over 8 1/2 at plus money, but i end up taking o 8 instead. the line opened at 8 1/2 and everyone was betting under for some reason. the line move 1/2 point. i guess people are still not convinced that zito sucks donkey balls...or that nats and giants can't score.

good day.

There are few people who know whether he is the best roider of all time, but now we all know he is the Greatest Homerun Hitter of All Time.

Mike Bacsik should do press conferences every night. He was an absolute star in front of those reporters.

Y A W N

If Bucky Dent had played 20 years at Fenway Park, he may have hit 800 HR's for all we know.

If Ted Williams hadn't spent 1/3 of his potential playing years in the military defending his country, he'd have probably had 800+ as well.

etc.

etc.

etc.

The HR record already has enough asterisks associated with it, even without all the asterisks a guy like Bonds adds to it.

I hope Michael Vick and Barry Bonds rot in the same jail cell together.

Steroids or no steroids still a great feat. He must be a real a-hole. Because you dont hear about the others getting beat up for steroids like he does by the media. I am pretty sure the past 5 years or so he hasnt been on any steroids. I wouldnt think any player would get tested more than him. And he is still hitting home runs.

I'm glad it's over. Now maybe the mediots will focus on some of the great playoff races we have going.

I'm shocked Pedro Gomez wasn't rounding the bases with Mr. Bonds

Sorry let me clarify what i meant about the past 5 years. I think the accusations started with him and steroids after the 2001 season. Thats when he showed up much bigger. Since then its been in the paper everyday. So I am pretty sure the past 5 years he has had to go thru some pretty tough steroid testing by major league baseball. So I would say he hasnt had any steroids in his system in at least 5 years. But still continues to knock it out of the ballbark even into his 40's.
