I did everything to prove I'm telling the truth.

I hope the withdrawal team can see it.

If not. I don't know what to do.

Here's my stats so far this year:

Withdrawal date -- Arrival Date

March 6 ------------ April 2
March 12 ---------- May 5
April 6 -------------- May 9
May 21 ------------- June 6
May 28, June 1, June 4 ------------- not processed yet
Ok, situation getting worse, Here's the latest...

Withdrawal date -- Arrival Date

March 6 ----------- April 2
March 12 ---------- May 5
April 6 ------------- May 9
May 21 ------------ June 6 Cheque bounced!
May 28 ------------ June 23
June 1 ------------- June 23
June 4 ------------- not processed yet
June 17 ------------ not processed yet

And get this, got an email telling me the June 1st cheque is drawn from wrong account, and they have to reissue. I looked at the May 28th cheque and it is from the same account. So looks like the last 3 cheques I received are all bad. Guess I should have waited for the cheque to clear before withdrawing

Haven't had any problem with them but I haven't used them in ages. Horrible lines and the customer service sounded too... American.. Don't know why but the fact that alot if not most of them spoke English as normally as you or I made me wary. Guess I'm just used to having to say eh, what? at least once during my convos.

The sportsbook.com family doesn't give a damn about SBR. Having a bad reputation is irrelevant since their virtual "real estate" brings a flood of recreational money. With no fear of negative word-of-mouth or legal recourse, they can cheat and steal with impunity.

They requested I send them front and back copies of my credit card in order to get my winnings. They aslo wanted me to sign a authorization allowing them to charge my card per their descretion. Bull crap.

Does anyone know the actual street address or where I might be able to find a street address for sportsbetting.com's customer service location in India? I do know it's in India but the actual address I was told was disclosed information, but if it exist it's somewhere on the internet I just haven't been able to find it. It's probably a good thing I couldn't find it cause I was disrespected to the point of willing to drop everything and take my ass straight to India. Long story but this information would be greatly appreciated.

Today i try to log in in my Sportsbetting account and with my surprise i found was closed..
I've inside 10.700 $ and they decided to close my account without inform me before...
So i decided to contact them immediately by chat and they told me this :

Susan Peck: We will get back to you with the complete clarification on why your account is inactive at the earliest. Please allow us some time.

So thay don't give me till now no kind of explications...
In these two months like i've already wrote in this thread i'm not using this account to bet because they limit my account to 10 $ for each kind of bet and so i'm using them only to request some withdraws...

Now i'm waiting the management's answer before asking the help Of Sbr...

But i hope they have a good answer for this kind of really incorrect behaviour..

this is the first e mail they sent me to replay to my questions:

The accounting department has found that you have multiple accounts due to which your account has been made in active. However, all other accounts have been set as inactive and the account 850933478 has been set active.
As per terms and conditions no player should have multiple accounts.
If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to assist you further..

Like i told you before was 5 months i did not use Sportsbetting to bet and i've never opend another account with them..
So i asked about my funds i had in my account
This is the replay :

Our records indicate that you have multiple accounts registered at our site.
Your accounts are: 711217064,594681646 and 850933478.
We have de-activated (711217064,594681646) which has $0.00 balance. The account (850933478) remains active and the current balance in this account is .....

You can use this amount to play at our site or place a withdrawal request

Normaly that now i've requested all my balance with a withdral request, because i don't understand what's happened, but sure it's better to have back my money..

...I'm in the same boat man. I've got around $6000 either pending or quote...'on the way'. I received 2 checks dated 09/03/08 and deposited them on 09/09/08. Of course, they both bounced. I called them immediately and they checked it out and said they would send out new checks on 09/10/08 which should arrive in 3-5 business days. Of course that time has elapsed and I have received nothing. I also have 2 more withdrawals that I requested on 09/06/08 and 09/08/08 which have not even been processed yet. Poster cinpls081 was correct in saying in another thread that it will likely be months before we see any payments from them. After another recent conversation with customer service (one of the most helpful by the way), she wouldn't give me specifics but told me that realistically they are working on the payout queue with whatever problems recently arose and that all pending and current withdrawal requests would be processed in 40 business days and arrive approximately 30-40 business days after they are finally processed. 70-80 days? Wow. Would you mind sharing with us the dates on your bounced checks and when you received and deposited them so we can compare time frames?

look there is no doubt that something went wrong here but I have to believe its not the book fault. I think there is a much grander issue here that we each need to understand. The bottom line is don't waste your time with these fools on the phone they don't know anything....they no nothing I've been down this road before. Trust me I know what is going to happen in a couple of weeks they will end up creditiing us with the pending withdrawals. We will use some other method to get our money and thats it.

Do you guys really think they want players irrate at them? We all shouldn't be playing online anymore with any book that is the bottom line. internet gaming is way to risky at this point. Time to move on and call fat mike.

We will all get our money trust me.
