Sportsbetting.com users file complaints

Two days ago i received 2500 $ by chek that i requested close to 20 days ago...
i'm waiting for another one of 2500 $ that i request 2 days after this one...

Well, they gave me a tracking number. All it says is what day it was delivered, it doesn't show a point for point location. All it shows it the day the processor recieved the request and the day they shipped it.. I told them to investigate the issue further to prove I never cashed it. I hope they resend one. I think it got lost in the mail.

That happened to me one time back in Jan
from sports.com,UPS delivered it but I never got it.Call up cs they cancelled the check and I got a new one in about a week.

I can understand your frustrations sir, however in there defense. It is a weekend and mail doesn't run on those days.

hi. this is my first post.

I have been using sportsbetting.com for the last 5 years. I did have a payout delay with sportsbook.com website in March of this year. Even with all of those delays, I finally received all of my money from them.

I gamble alot. Just last Monday, May 5th I requested a check from sportsbetting.com and I received it on May 10th. A Friend of mine requested a check also on the same date and they received their check within 5 days also. In five years I have never received a check faster than this week from sportsbetting.com.

They definitely have been processing new payout requests very fast. I have received mid 5 figures worth of checks from sb.com and some sister books over the past month. It just seems like they are having issues resolved from a few checks that had processing issues back in march and april.

I have to give sportsbetting.com a little credit because I requested a withdrawal on 5/7 for $1000 and I just recevied the check today 5/12. That is the fastest I have ever received a check from any sportsbetting site so they are doing some things right

Who delivered your check? I'm still waiting for mine and it was processed on April 13th.

Well I called the "processor" myself today. They are going to call me tomorrow. I explained my story. Wontoomanybets I think we might be in the same boat seeing as how they are both processed on the same day.

well i requested on the 29th it was processed on the 30th and I still don't have it. Knowing that others have it that request a week later is not good news for me. Yesterday I had the pleasure of dealing with live chat. The guy tells me it was sent FED EX. I ask him for trackig and he gives me something like this 7e9e8e74. I ask him where to track it and he tells me fed ex. I tell him this is not a fed ex number (which it wasn't) he then tells me thats a problem between me and Fed Ex. WTF. Total waste of time and just completly rude in my opinion. I have much more then just this one withdrawal. I rufuse to take any more out but maybe I should......this book is horrible find a local guy and get paid. This book = soft lines but not worth it

Still nothing. I've waited patiently but now I feel like I'm never going to get my money. I've yet to get a response from eZpay too. I'm so lost here. Lakersfan has contacted Sportsbetting.com but I'm thinking they will only give him the run around too.

Anyone recieve anything yet and was just too excited they forgot to keep us updated?

It seems like atleast 3-6 people are having some issues like mine.

If your a good customer there they might offer you an e-check option,give it a try if they are taking to long.
