They are obviously conmen if you can buy upgrades there, to upgrade pointbet at this time is a total joke.
Active players aren't getting paid any faster, that's just another total lie to try and make people cancel their withdrawal requests - I have been waiting 50 days now and have been active throughout that whole time, its not even a 5 figure request - if I am getting paid "faster" than others i feel very sorry for the inactive players.

What do they say about imitation and flattery?

Dear all of player.
Yesterday, I was too furious. Because I have been waiting My withdraw for long time, I cancel my withdraw and play cards,
I lose all of my money: 100.000 $.
I dont feel regret, I only fret with resentment against.

apparently, they seem to have put a prioritity in paying off people who asked for a withdrawal recently, and pay off at random one or two people who have been waiting longer with what's left for that day.
it's a pretty sound strategy from the sportsbook point of view, but obviously not very customer-friendly to people who have been waiting for weeks (but i guess they think they've lost most of these people as customers already, which definitely makes some sense). i am still confident they will pay eventually, could be a very long wait for some though.

That's interesting. I have 5 withdrawal requests backed up now, ranging from 50 days to 7 days, have been active the whole time, but haven't been paid anything. So I guess the above is wrong.

you might not have been paid at the time despite being " active ", but others definitely were, sometimes even within a week. this being said, that all happened in the end of january.
