VIP close account and dont pay balanse.
Hello, first of all sorry for bad English. Few week ago I deposit 2000 via moneybookers to vipsports and after my bets I win near 14000. 10 day ago I try withdraw via moneybookers but thay don’t withdraw, I wait few day and ask them where my money, thay say me that thay have problems with moneybookers, I say okey and withdraw 5000 via Bank wire, today my bank told me that thay get funds for me with not correct account number and for this reason cant credit my account, today I told this vip support, and get answer that thay foget about last 3 digits of my account number, and I may be get this funds on next week. I say okey. Thay close my account today and say me that thay don’t what I wage at vip, I understand tham I win near 14000 for few weeks. Thay close my account, but my account balance is 7691 now, I say them sent 7691 to my moneybookers account as I deposit by moneybookers. But cash out clerk Alexsandra say you may be get this money next week by bank wire and terminate chat. I deposit by money bookers and whant moneybookers back, what is not correct? that I win 80% of bets with price -110? Today will be NFL and I want bet on it, pay me and I swith to other sportbook, I find on SBR good “A” sportbooks and speak with them about my bets, and get answer that thay will be happy if I make bets with them. I nead cash and can exchange moneybookers for cach in ehchange office. VIP delays for my moneybookers for 10 days, not correct sent bank wire, thay can close my account but mast pay my balance. Help me get my moneybookers today!!!

I sent email with my account number, about history, I cant log in, thay say me you not customer any more, I want to check my history too, I dont now what to think, they every day promise me moneybookers payout but dont do this, I have e-mails from them in wich thay told me today you will get moneybookers, but I dont get nothing and now thay closed accaunt. Thay say me that thay sent history to my e-mail, but I dont get nothing. How its possible, in spring when I look to open account thay was ready to answer to any my questions, but now the only one thing thay do is say you not customer any more. I want to think about NFL games, but only one I can think now how get payd.

I try contact with vip in chat, and get answer only from 40 minuts of wait in chat, and the only thing thay say, that you not customer of vip, when you get funds we dont now. May be I understand something not correct, close account- than pay balance, but thay close account and use my money for company finance neads. How its possible thay have "a" raiting, but dont pay me, dont answer. When I sign up I have many questions about how deposit and thay speak with me about this with no delay.

Ulia, leave this to SBR to sort out or wait for the bank wire. I can't see that VIP have done much wrong here. They've closed your account since you're not the type of player they want - annoying for you but understandable for them. Additionally, they are paying you some of your winnings by a different method to which you deposited which a lot of books do - again, annoying for you but understandable for them. And I really don't think that VIP are struggling so hard that they need a few thousand dollars of your money to keep their company afloat.

But it is still very unpolite that they don't talk to him anymore just because he beated them. At least they should allow him to see his betting history and really make sure that he receives all money he won.

I understand that 12961 is not big money for VIP, but I want bet on NFL and NCCA, and I want now, I have some ideas about few game and want bet, and whatch one game and bet on 2 half. I am not welcome, no problems pay me, I deposit moneybookers pay me momeybookers and I will go to other sportbook, I speak with one and thay say welcome, why I mast wait bank wire for week, I want bet on this week NFL. Thay pay me only 2500 in 10 days frame, this is normal? Thay sent one wire 5000 to not correct bank accaunt and I nead now wait before money return to them and thay sent thay again, this is normal. Now is 2 hours how nowbody answer me in live chat, this ok? I tell them give me login and check my history, I will not make bets, thay say no, this is normal?

How would you know they are not struggling?, I find it strange that their moneybookers isn't working and that someone forgot 3 digits of his account, yet they are an "A" rated book? Something wrong here?

No, I'm a happy customer. They've never misplaced one penny of my money after years of using their site and they're the only "sportsbook" type site that I really trust. I trust them more than neteller or paypal for that matter.
