SBR NEEDS YOU! to critique our Cascade B+ rating.
This book just missed A- status the last time because we played an account into them and they had website problems. They were working on their software at the time so it was a little bad luck for them.
Now I see Ken include them in his top 10 and also they are in the Rx top 10. But from the feedback and the review accounts that we have played through there I think our B+ is sharp. However, I'm willing to admit we have been too slow to upgrade them depending on your comments...so comments on Cascade's B+ rating??? under rated? about right? or over rated?

They are a pretty solid shop, but I think B+ is a great rating.

I think B+ is about right...I like the -105, but $25 for a payout is pretty ridiculous...

I don't like their website. If you their website to deposit Neteller funds. It doesn't ask for your account number. It only ask for Neteller ID and the amount. You can click on the deposit page without signing in, so how are they supposed to know who is depositing?
Unless I'm doing it all wrong. I really like cascade alot, but the deposit page scares me.

I feel this book is under rated even at a B+ and does deserve an upgrade to the A list.
Lenny has done a damn fine job at cascade, but not many people aknowlage it publicly, in regards to give them praise like they do some other books.

I've heard good things about baseball...i may take a look but the $25 Neteller fee is too much for guys who are just recreational players like myself

I agree buddybear...I mean most A books have a max $15 withdrawal fee...most of them have free withdrawals...matchbook, pinnacle and mansion (even Hollywood) are better books with similar business models that don't charge the $25...

Cascade is so close to being an excellent book.
The -105 lines at Cascade can be very good, especially for NBA & NCAABK, both sides and totals. The few soccer lines are often soft. Their offerings are pretty limited though compared to most books. They have hardly any props or non-US major sports. Halftime lines are about as creative as they get.
I hate that they have zero overnight support. They don't even have so much as an answering machine either. The phone just rings and rings. The Neteller deposit system is very odd. They're processed manually so it can take a while to get into your account. $25 for Neteller withdrawals is ridiculous, but you do get one free check/bank wire per month.
Overall, Cascade has great dime lines, limited selection, subpar support, slow deposits, and expensive withdrawals.

Good post Ricky. You pointed out many of the things the recreational bettor would notice first if he had come from some of the heavily marketed corporate-style books like VIP or Bodog. The site has come along way recently but Cascade certainly isn't pioneering the technology aspect of the industry.
The pro or value player is probably going to vote 'A'. They are familiar with the old school bookmakers like Delmar, Grande and Heritage. They know the value of a unique number and reduced juice from an established book that pays.
