Bwin withdrawals : Nominated Post
It's normal for Bwin - when you first make a withdrawal....it can take up to 2 weeks (tho it's rarely more than 3-5 WORKING days), but if you want to speed up the process a little, call the phone support (sending an email worths nothing).
If your account were under investigation some reason, it would be suspended, so there is nothing to worry about.
My suggestion is, that call them, and than wait for at least 1 more week before making a complaint....
My experience with them is, that after the first withdrawal, all outpayments are processed by bwin in 24-72 hours, but (nearly) never more than 72 hours (or 96 if you make a withdrawal on friday).....
