I personally would like the Vikings more if Jackson were not playing QB for them; but I still like them +2 here.

JRich don't know how you think the Packers are a two TD win here? The Peterson/Taylor combo is deadly, the Vikings defense should be pretty sound this year, tons of pressure on Rodgers... If the Packers do win, I'm not really seeing a blowout.

Well last year the Packers swept the Vikings!

The Packs will win tonight!

I'm 4 - 10 and I'm on the Vikes, so I'm sure the Pack WILL win tonight.

My point is, if they do, I don't see it being an out-of-hand blowout.

Packers were a team possessed last year. They really bought into the system and trusted eachother and played some outstanding football.

Heartbreak in the playoffs and all of the Favre drama this offseason, and an inexperienced QB leading the way, I think that the Packers take a big step backwards this year.

But we'll see, good luck to you.

Yeah and the Colts went 7-0 last year. We all know what happened this year.

I've got Vikings in this too.

Take the Packers tonight boys. They will be out to prove a message that they can win without Favre. I'll be surprised if Peterson breaks a 100 in this game.

Finally someone points out the Vikings and grass. Check out the Vikings stats on turf last year, and then look at their stats on grass. The change is striking.

The Under makes sense here because it is two good defenses and the jury is out on both quarterbacks. The only reason I stayed away from the total is because I expect some turnovers by Green Bay, and that could lead to points via short fields.

If Atlanta can win with Ryan and Baltimore can win with Flacco then Green Bay can win with Rodgers. He can't be that bad.
