I'm not sure what to think on this one. Both of these teams are on my turd list. I'm always looking for a mismatch. I like to find a decent team facing a crappy team. I really feel that this game could go either way. OAK has picked up some new weapons. Does McFadden live up to all the hype he got in the draft???

Just look at what happened with the Falcons and the Lions. Those 2 are Superbowl favorites for sure... ...not!!!! The general consensus I got was that the Lions would win this one hands down. Rookie Matt Ryan made mince meat out of 'em. I smell something similar with this game.

If you have strong reasons that you feel the Broncos are going to win than go for it. Both Monday night games scare me this week. (and next week. PHI and DAL both look hot. I want an unfair advantage, not a fair game. lol) I'm waiting for week 2. NYG should beat STL. ARI should take care of MIA. I think SEA should beat SF. I have my eye on GB vs DET. These are all mismatches in my opinion. The lines will determine my choices, but this is what I am looking at.

I think OAK vs DEN and GB vs MIN are both dangerous bets unless you are really sharp. I'm not that sharp so I'll sit these ones out. My loyalty is to money, not a team, and not to being the best handi-capper. I go with the games that I feel strongly about and leave the rest. I often use teasers as added insurance that my picks will win.

Not sure if that helps. I say sit this one out. There are better games next week. You can't lose money if you don't bet it.

I like the Raiders in this one so I parlayed them at +3 and bought a few extra points on the over under and took the under at 43. I think the Raiders may actually win this game straight up and it's always a dog fight when the Raiders are very competitive in a game. I look for the score to be 17-14 Raiders.

I like the under and Oakland here. McFadden is the key though. I don't see many points being scored

I like Oakland alot tonite & I'm not a Raiders retard by any mean! Brandon Marshall was 1/3 of Denver's passing yardage and passing TDs last year! Oakland has the better D and McFadden/Fargas will wear down the smaller Denver D! JaMarcus seems to be developing a bond w/Zack Miller at TE and Javon Walker may be more motivated against his old team! I love Jay Cutler but I don't see them having much luck against 2 solid corners and a solid Raiders D on the road!

Raiders 23-16

I like the Raiders too. Denver's defense is bad.

love the raiders tonite.... denver has no starting offensive lineman from last year all new besides tom nalen but he's out...OAKland has a very strong secondary should finish in top 10 hall, huff, wilson, rout, asoumnga really dont get better then that.... JAY CUTLER last start in oakland 16 completions 0 TDS 2 INTERCECPTIONS...6 of those completions to marshall... whos not playing tonite... OAKLAND defense is better at home also ..... denver also very young unproven rbs hall and young... LAST TIME A BAY AREA TEAM OPENED THE SEASON ON MNF 49ERS LAST YEAR WHO BEAT ARIZONA... OAKLAND WILL MAKE IT 2 YEARS IN A ROW I LIKE RAIDERS STRAIGHT SO TAKE THE POINTS AND WIN YOUR SELF SOME MONEY

As teaser said, Denver's run defense is very suspect, and the Raiders have a very good running game. If Russell stays away from big mistakes, Raiders should take this one.
