Well lets get real here... He wasn't actually the trouble maker here.. he didnt have a gun, he didnt shoot anyone, and from a couple of witnesses perspectives he was trying to break up what had already turned into a pretty big fight... so he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time... He has no previous criminal record at all... I've always seen him as a good guy...
