i dont remember that play, but it doesnt surprise me. the dude was a freak of nature. played 3 positions on the oline at pro-bowl level. you also didnt hear much from him off the field, which is nice.

Larry Allen will go down in the history books, as the best to ever play on the OL. It's sad he had to finish his career as a 49er's. His bench press stories were amazing.

Nate Newton got busted with a bunch of weed. Larry Allen was a beast maybe the strongest player to ever the play the game. I remember reading he could bench something ridiculous like 700 lbs.
