I didn't post about this in detail after the Broncos game because I had no cash on it, and wasn't paying all that much attention to it, but from reading about it and watching some clips from it, WTF was up his ass with his taunting Jay Cutler?




Here's what Champ Bailey had to say --

"And I don't really care for the guy, first of all," Bailey said of Rivers. "He's not a respectable guy right now because you talk too much trash and do this and that, but you're really not a great player in this league right now.

"You're surrounded by great players, but you're not a great player. I think he needs to understand where he stands in this league - where he stands on his team first and foremost."

"They've got a lot of classy guys on that team," Bailey said. "He kind of represents the classless guy on that team. He's definitely lost my respect."

Trash talk has a long history in pro sports. In my opinion , Gary Payton was the biggest trash talker in all of basketball (past 15 years or so) and what does he have to show for it >?

It really really helps if you can back it up. And truthfully, Rivers CANNOT. We will see who is trash talking deep in the playoffs. And plus, if you are going to trash talk, what's the point of doing it when it's 23 - 3 ? Trash talk the broncos , c'mon. That's like Brady trash talking Lemon. I mean c'mon,
whats the point.

Most likely scenario, Cutler is still in the league three years down and Rivers is demoted to backup.

I find it great that Rivers talks and talks and talks when he really isnt a factor if the Chargers win. I mean comon LT and that Defence run that whole team.

And with him jawing with Champ Baily... Rivers will never compare to Baily who will prob end up in the HOF, but this just gives Baily more to talk about if and when Rivers throws an int right at him

Rivers should not talk, he is 50% of the reason the team is not as good as loast season, I blame the other 50% on the medioker defense.

If the Chargers had a top 6 QB they would be better than the Pats. I agree with Bailey Rivers shouldn't be talking Zhit.
