That's a pretty good bet especially since Indy is out.

Are they like CRIS in that they round down your cents? The only way to bet $500.00 to win $450.00 is to bet a -111 line to get $450.45, which is then rounded down? I thought they were a 20c book

I can't see into the future, so I don't know what will happen in the SB or who will even be the teams. If all of these teams stay healthy in their current state, I'd say you have a great opportunity for a middle in the range of approx. 5-7 points, which I tend to like in a typical NFL matchup, but seeing that the SB is traditionally a blowout more times than not, I'm not sure I'd eat the juice for that vig. NE isn't going to be there, so we won't have another 3 point margin

Carib have never rounded down my bets before. Additionally, when I've gone there then they've always used "rounded" odds like -105, -110, -115 etc. and never something like -111. There's something very odd about that ticket.

AFC -3.5 -110 $500.00 to win $454.55
Just went to the Carib site to put on a bet of $500 on a similar future - $500 at odds of -110. They quote the correct payout of $454.55. Carib have been working this way ever since I started playing there.

I just went back and tried a $5 wager. It seems like Carib round UP the bets where applicable.

Even odder.

I looked at the Carib site and there is actually a max bet of $330 specified on this future (presumably this is in fact a max win of $300). It's very strange that Carib are specifying a max win of $300 a couple of weeks or so before the Superbowl when imgv94's ticket back in November has a win which is 50% higher.

I would have thought that the max win on this future would increase closer to the Superbowl date rather than reduce.

I'm certainly not making anything up, you're getting very defensive for some reason - I can't think why.

I'm just remarking on a number of inconsistencies in that ticket. And they are very odd inconsistancies. These are inconsistancies that I've never seen at Carib and which I've never heard happening at Carib. This could even be described as a unique ticket.

And if you recall the thread about the Carib downtime, I posted the screenshot from the Carib site saying that the site was going to be down for a total of 9 hours. If it was actually down for 30 minutes then that was misinformation from Carib. I hope that clears that matter up.
