I wouldn't. Indy has nothing to play for in this one, while Houston has pride and Sage Rosenfels wants to establish himself. They'll be able to make some plays, especially with Andre Johnson in there, and I can't see Indy with its foot on the gas come the second half.
To expect them to cover -7, I think that's asking a little much. New England wrapped up homefield throughout, so Indy just needs some exercise more than anything else.
