just was looking at this game, hit with chi town and under 2 nt.
First instinct is pittsburg, they are prb the 4th or 5th best team in the afc, with that being said, i say the play is steelers, they have played the pats and jags the last 2 weeks, two teams who play smash mouth football better than them, I think they come out and run over the rams depleated o-line, they will stop s. jackson and run away with a 10 point + victory easy...
just mt two cents, i will be playing the steelers first half and game.

Thanks for your input.. I will definitely consider both sides. One thing that's alarming is Steven Jackson is returning to form, coming off a 146yd performance against Green Bay.
And then there's always Fred Taylor owning that Steelers bunch in Pittsburgh no less for 147yds.. not to mention Jones Drews 69yds.. all in all though, they should be pretty inspired to stop Jackson from running roughshod over them.

The Rams have been so bad in the second half I don't give them any chance at beating Pittsburgh on Thursday at all. I think Bulger will get hit a lot in that game because the offensive line is so bad. I think Pittsburgh wins this one by as much as Green Bay did on Sunday. I think the Steelers win this one by at least 17.

good points, but i still like steelers, im from the greenbay area and kind of expected that from the rams and steven jackson, as we hadn't won there in 5 + years, however, our ends and dt were dinged and we shut him down in the 2nd half, he had like 96 in the first half and 38 or something in the 2nd, another thing i will be pounding GB first half as I think we come out of the gates with a huge chip, after they beat us at home. GB first half, huge not to intrude on ur post, i think favre will be sitting after the first half. GL all

Steelers in a teaser would be great. Steven Jackson is the whole team but the Steelers have a top 3 run defense..

It wouldn't suprise me if the Steelers lost their last 2.
Absolutely bet against the Steelers this weekend. Losing to Jax at home is still inside their heads. I think they barely eek out a win against a pesky Rams team, but it comes right down to the end. Absolutely not a Steelers blowout.

I agree. Hard to see Pitt not beating this sad sack team. Green Bay gave them tons of chances to stay in that game last week and the Rams said "no thanks."
Haslett is a terrible coach on defense and Lenihan is awful. How they bring these two clowns back is crazy.

teaser looks really good crazyl. I think both should win by at least a field goal.

i love the rams to cover here. i feel pitt is very vulnerable on deep seam routes and who better to run them than torry holt- a nice mix of play action with a red-hot steven jackson and the recipe yields a nice 24-20 game. who wins? who cares? vegas' early line move to the rams is right here. end of the year these mutts always seem to cover.

i think St Louis will cover and it will be a low game
PIttsburgh needs the win they dont want cleveland catching up.....running the ball and clock out will be their strategy....and it will be a close game....
pittsburgh is over rated and is not too good on the road so ST louis and under all the way
