Default Donovan McNabb to the Vikings or Bears? Let's discuss this one...

If the Eagles were to decide to trade McNabb this off-season, which team do you think he is more likley to go to? I think that the Bears should really make a push for him... They can't rely on any of the 3 QB's they have on their roster... They are all like 5.5-7.5's on a 10 point scale in my opinion! The bad thing for the Bears is that all 3 QB's on the roster play EXACTLY the same type of game! Short passes are their bread and butter... None of them has an arm to throw it over 40 yards! I really think the Bears need to push for McNabb!

Without a doubt the Bears make more sense... A lot of people feel Tarvaris Jackson is special, heck he's only making his 12th start tonight.

The Bears NEED someone desperately, and McNabb can I believe still win some big games... it's just, if he can't handle the heat from the Philly critics, will he be able to handle the atmosphere in Chicago? They are tough on their quarterbacks..

I made a similar thread a month or so ago about this.

Donovan McNabb a Bear next season?

I am not sure this would be a good fit for the Vikings, but a better one for the Bears.

Sorry, Looker, I must have missed that one bud! I definitely think that McNabb would be a good fit in Chicago! I have a lot of friends that are Bears fans, so I kind of pull for them(except for the Super Bowl last year) and like to see them do well! I think the Bears need an EXPLOSIVE deep threat WR... Yeah, Devin Hester is a speedster, but he isn't the best route runner in the world... They need to draft a stud receiver or pick one up as well... Moose Muhammad is a great player, but he isn't a game changer! It's pretty sad when the fans are most excited about the possibility of a punt or kickoff return to score them a TD! McNabb to the Bears! DO IT!

I agree.

Vikings don't want him.

Chicago would take him, but it would probably go about as well as McNair did in Baltimore. I'm not sure if that's exactly what Chicago is looking for.

Eagles have a future pro-bowler on the bench. Kevin Kolb is a stud. Watch Out

Might as well let McNabb play a couple more years in Philly. Let McNabb be to Kolb what Bledsoe was for Romo. Chances are McNabb will pull a hamstring and only play half a season anyway next year. Maybe ask McNabb to take a pay cut. lmao

I bet McNabb goes -- especially with Andy Reid continuing to say "He [McNabb] is the quarterback for now" Again, why draft Kolb so high if they planned on keeping McNabb around?
