Thurs night CHI @ WAS
Any thoughts on the Thursday night game this week?
I'm pretty confident about one play,
teasing chicago to +9 or +10.
Washington may win this game, but they never blow anyone out (mostly because they let teams back in the game time and time again).
Any thoughts on the over/under at 37? I'm thinking of teasing the Under to 43 and CHI to +9.

Slight lean toward taking the Bears and the points.
Washington has had a helluva week...Taylor, Joe Gibbs choke job on the time outs, flying to Miami for the funeral, playing on a short week.

I'm with you Doc. Grossman is almost playing for his career here, his future outside of the Bears, I'd expect him to be careful with the football. Something about Joe Gibbs is just not right as of late.
The Bears will control special teams whether or not Devin Hester is kicked to, so Rex should have some good field position throughout the game. Washington has been decent in their special teams coverage since being burned by Leon Washington, so perhaps they'll get nutty and actually kick to this guy.
Bears + points. Good luck guys.

The Redskins are TERRIBLE ATS this year, they are something like 3-8-1 agaist the spread, and they are 1-5 as the points favorite (only win coming v/s Detroit back in week 3. Throw in a shortened practice week, and lack of confidence in a head coach who doesn't know the rules, and I like Chicago and the points here.

I like Washington -3, there are a lot of things to like. I personally bet against the public, so these are the stats that stand out for me.
1. Wash is dismal 1-5 vs the spread at home, while Chi is 3-1 ats there last four on the road.
2. Wash 4 game losing streak including losing there last two at home, Washington is pretty tough at home.
3. Wash choked last week as they wanted to win one for Taylor last week, they will return the favor this week.
4. Chi beat GB, Wash lost to GB in Lambeau earlier this year.
5. Public is on Chicago at about 60% ratio.
Like I said I like to bet against the trend and public. I go with what works for me. Last year I finished 3rd in Beat the prick contest and enjoyed a trip to the pro bowl on SBR (thanks again SBR).
Thats my two cents and I wish everyone luck.
I like Washington -3

I'm taking the Redskins, they should have won last week and I think the Bears will falter after that huge let down Sunday. I still don't know how they lost that one. 4-0 in turnovers and they still blew it.

I say take the Bears with a teaser tonight with someone on Sunday and you will probably have a winner.

ugly but close game. You'll probably be OK teasing (6.5) in either direction
