Worst play calling ever maybe?
This was the Eagles playcalling thru the entire game. 1st down run Westbrook 2nd down pass 3rd down long pass even though you only need 4 yards. |

The 1st down on the final drive wasn't the playcalling, that was AJ Feeley doing what AJ Feeley does (sucking). That was a called pass and he figured it'd be a good idea to run around and get tackled inbounds instead. The 2nd down call was a try-to-catch-them-napping middle run. The thing you have to remember is that with the field position Philadelphia had following Westbrook's punt return, the clock wasn't that important. They ended up losing because AJ Feeley sucks, not because they couldn't manage the clock at the end of the game.
BTW, I did not drink the FeeleyAde. Took the Seahawks. I thought it was kinda funny how high everyone suddenly was on him. |
