My wife watches all of the Steeler games and has informed me that she hasn't seen the new mascot for Pittsburgh yet. All the other mascots are usually camped out by the field goal post at one end of the end zone, but Mr. McBeam seams to be AWOL from his duties. The only place I've seen him is on Around the Horn and PTI. Any pittsburgh area people on this forum seen him at the games?

Judging by the number of responses, I can tell that Steely McBeam is a fradulent mascot figure. Shame on the Steelers for getting a mascot and then not using him as a promotional tool.

By the way the best mascot belongs to the Old Miss Rebels. They have the balls to have a redneck as their mascot and not cowtail the schools integrity into political correctness or is it not move into this century.

That was the worst Mascot i have ever seen i dont believe a proud and tough city would even let that pass through the cracks. I guess they did make one change it could have been Fondle Mcrod.
