Is Vinny in or out for the Panthers today?

I believe he is out.....not sure what to think? If he is in, he sucks, if he is out the person who replaces him sucks.....

I was just looking at the Charlotte observer and this is what they said:

LOL...I guess I should have asked Is he out? and Does it matter?

I do think it says a lot that when both were healthy last week, Fox went with Vinny over Carr.
