I'm a Niner fan back to the days of John Brodie, John David Crow, and Gene Washington. So, I feel your pain as well.

If they don't protect Trent any better than they protected Smith against the Hawks, it won't make any difference who QB's.

I actually liked the 49ers because the Rams still suck, they just had one good game against an overrated Saints team. But now that Dilfer is in, I am staying away from this game. Thanks for the info.

the niners are probably the biggest disappointment in the league this yr...what's worse for us niner fans is we don't even get to keep our first round pick!!! like the patriots really need it...

I cannot believe the Rams are favored and they have a worse record than SF. That is how bad SF is, the Rams should win this one unless they turn it over too much.

Yeah Pats are going to get a top 5 pick while SF has Indy's 1st. Thats going to be a late 1st round pick for SF
