Good analysis, Man.
I'm a Packer fan in Vikings territory, so I get nothing but Vikings updates on the local news. Sickening, I know. But, I know this team pretty well. I think they are ready to beat a team like Philly. Childress has been leaving a lot to be desired as far as coaching, but maybe there's a method to his madness. Childress might have something to prove with his old team coming to town and might have a unique plan to beat them.
There's no denying that AP will get his fantasy numbers. Hopefully Childress will let this dog loose a little more this week. Not that Chester is bad, he's doing fine in relief, but leave him to the reliever role and let AP's spark ignite the team.
Holcomb has some talent & ability. I question his heart. He just doesn't look like he wants to be out there. I almost want to say that he would prefer holding a clipboard on the sidelines. Maybe with a few games under his belt as a Viking, the butterflies will be gone and Holcomb will emerge as a leader.
Obviously, I'm hoping the Vikings implode, as a Packer's fan. But my money is riding on the Vikings this weekend and I think they can get it done with Philly coming to town in a "passing of the guard" type of NFC matchup. This week is the first week I've got money riding on the Vikings. I hope they don't mess it up. haha
