I pounced on this on Tuesday, figuring the spread would increase to -5 or -6 by game time... I guess I missed something and the points are instead going down. I still feel fairly confident in the outcome, but hope that extra point doesn't come back to bite me. This is my first post in this group. It looks like a great forum. I'm looking forward to a lot of fun (and, um, gaining some great sports betting insights) on this forum! |

Why the Vikings?
Don't understand why there are so many Viking backers on here? I like the Bears here but as a fan of the Bears/Colts..I almost always pass on their games. Minnesota probably has the worst QB situation in the NFL and while RB Peterson is a super rookie...he isn't going to come in and run over Urlacher/Briggs and Co.! Griese worked off some of the rust and found a new weapon in TE Olsen last week. Berrian has superstar ability at WR if he can stay on the field. Benson may fumble the Vikings into the game but it's more likely Bears D and/or Hester will get a score or setup a easy score. Bears 23...Vikings 13
