Default New England/Cincinnati Under 54 and Why

When New England visited Cincinnati last year the total was 46.5 and tonight it’s lined at 54. Cincinnati has lost 5 of 6 games going back to last year and has struggled offensively against good defensive teams in that span. When you play over 54 in the NFL you need both teams to score. The Bengal’s don’t possess a strong enough running game to keep the Patriot defense off balance and I don’t see them doing their part to push the game over. Starting Bengal running back Rudi Johnson is injured with a strained hamstring is doubtful for tonight’s game. Cincinnati had two games last year lined with a total over 50 points and both games landed to the UNDER. Give me UNDER 54 in this game.

Good luck, i would be with you but New England's D has not been tested yet with opponents such as the jets,Chargers, and Bills. (statisticly 3 of the worst offenses in the league) However the bengals are bad, real bad and the pats should blow them out.

Bengals last 3 games of 2006 and 1st 3 games this year are allowing 30 points a game.

Patriots last 3 games of 2006 and the 3 playoff games averaged 33 in those 6. This year 38 in all 3 games.

Beat them last year in week 4 when Bengals were 3-0 , 38-13

The under was hitting because everybody on ESPN and all my colleagues were telling me the game would be a shootout...
