I like Cincy and SF with their running game though their passing game is in question. I still like SF.

Does anyone know what Frank Gore's status is for Monday? I thought I heard he was injured last time I checked. Maybe I'm wrong.

Most everyone is seeing this the same way. Bengals and 49ers are the picks (and they both should win by double-digits).

Can someone put some meat behind the Bengal pick for me.
I see them facing the number 2 D who have improved the RB postion. While we all know the Bengals are not the best D in the world.
I love Bengal approach of all out attack but is this one more a coin flop than double digits?
I don't like going against the tide too much.

Cincinnati has a great offence but a poor defence while Baltimore has a very good defence but a poor offence. Usually these two things cancel each other out so expect a low scoring game. However the Bengals have an advantage now that Palmer is fully fit at QB and the OL is also healthier. Look to them to give Palmer time to find his WR's or for the RB's to find the holes. If their defence can make the basic plays then Baltimore will struggle to score.
Bengals won four of last five series games, with Ravens losing in last two visits here: 42-29 and 13-7
Bengals won last three home openers, by 3,29,17, while Ravens lost five of last six road openers, with under 8-1 in last 9 road openers.
Cincinnati: 6-0 ATS in September over the last 3 seasons
Home team is 11-5 ATS in the last 16 meetings.

SF have improved their defence considerably from last year and should be able to handle what the Cardinals have to offer. But the Cardinals will have problems in handling Gore as he provides alot of options for the 49ers offence. Both teams will rely on the run so the game should be pretty tight but look to Gore to bust open for winning score.
Niners covered their last four openers but Cardinals have been awful road team, losing last five road openers by 13-point average
San Francisco is 20-7 ATS on Monday nights while Arizona is 0-6 ATS in September over the last 3 seasons
The under is 6-2 in San Francisco's last 8 games vs. NFC opponents.

Cincy got no D's, kinda like the over instead of picking team. Ravens got D's but no offense.

It seems to me that Cin gets up for these games more than Balt and they're playing at home. Baltimore doesn't often look too good when the spotlight is on them. It's really more a gut feeling than anything and I think one team will be much more jacked up than the other (Bengals).

IMO i think the only solid play is ARI/SanFan over the total, both team have good offence with not so great D could be a shoot out. As for the other game, flip a coin because Cincy sometimes has trouble with good D and The Ravens Have one of the best

There is this little voice in my head telling me to do the same, but for some reason I can't bring myself to do it. I may sit this one out, I'm really not sure yet.

I like the Ravens straight up. There were three games I liked the dogs in when the lines came out. Buffalo, Detroit and Baltimore. 1-1 SU thus far with 2-0 ATS.
Cincy has some issues on OL with Anderson and Levi Jones hurting. Biggest thing for me is does Ogden play for BAL? He's questionable and they need him to anchor the O-line.

Not a big fan of trends but in case anyone is...Baltimore is 4-14 ATS as an underdog of less than 5 points. Not following the trend but I like Cincy @home. I think the hype of Monday night football plus opening day for them with the crowd roaring behind them will be enough to pump this defense up and play beyond their skill level.(It worked for the Colts) 24-17 Cincy! Good luck tonight with your plays

I decided to skip playing a side in the 1st game, although I still like BAL ML and BAL +3. Decided to play a prop instead to make the entire game interesting hopefully. Todd Heap OVER 54.5 rec yds at +100.
