Does anyone know if Vegas sports books allow money line parlays? What is the maximum limit on such parlays?

I am sure they do but I do not know the maximum limit.

Yes they do, and each book will probably have a different limit. Also, depending on the sport, you can't parlay the moneyline with the total in the same game

My last trip to Vegas a few months ago you can pretty much bet on every team to win. Payout is crazy. We did a 7team everyone puts 30$, 7 peoples each best team : ) had one loser ; / I forget the payout but boy was it up there for 210$ but like JB said you cant combine certain lines Im not sure which though
