Quick reasoning behind this play. The Astros have already faced Duke once, and they will be better prepared this time, as teams that face a new pitcher almost always fare better in their second outing. The Astros certainly need to continue winning games, and their offense has actually been much improved in recent weeks.

2* Marlins (Willis) @ Mets (Martinez) +115

3* Florida Atlantic -7.5 vs. LA-Monroe
Monroe is bad offensively and worse defensively. Florida Atlantic has played a ridiculous schedule so far (Kansas, Oklahoma St., Minnesota), but playing a downtrodden opponent is the perfect cure for an 0-3 start. FAU played their first two opponents close, but failed to get any victories, because of turnovers and penalties. Now, they come home to beat up on a team that is winless, despite playing a Division-II team.

Officially, I have no opinion on the game. However, personally, I think the scoreboard will light up tonight. Just an opinion. I don't think much of Mussina. One out of every 3 or 4, Mussina seems to be the Moose of old. But that's about it. I would think the OVER would be a better play.

andrew, not bad but you might wanna consider playing the runline when the moneyline is something like -280. If you flat bet just to break even on all your -280 bets you'd need to win 74% of those picks. i normally don't like to play the moneyline when the price gets to -160 and over. i dunnoo though if your good at picking favorites you could do alright just my opinion... welcome to the forum gluck

I personally love Utah tonight, although, I did not make it an official play of mine. Personally, I would've taken Fla. Atlantic though I passed on the game. I actually like the Royals tonight versus the Indians. I think Buddy Bell has challenged his Royals not to hit the triple digit plateau in losses. They will eventually hit that plateau but they just swept the Tigers. I have certainly been known to be wrong before. Just sharing an opinion.
