Default Browns WIN Outright

+285 NO POINTS NEEDED

Everything looks like the Giants and the Over. Giants are superbowl champs, have Plax back, chance to open a big lead in NFC East with Dallas losing. Giants should roll big time in this one. Every post I'm reading says Giants and the over 34-14 etc. Monday nights have been shootouts etc. Oh- I forgot no Winslow (best player).....

That said- this is the NFL.

QB/Head Coach could lose jobs tonight.

Browns show up big time tonight. NO POINTS NEEDED.

Browns 21 Giants 17

Browns and the UNDER

1,000 to win 2,850 BROWNS

You are kidding right? Most books let you get your money back once if you tell them you made a mistake...if you can't do that...take the Giants in the first half -5...they will be winning by 10-14 by the half AND at the end

jets, you are so gay. why don't you give the $1000 to the homeless people around your neighborhood instead of throwing it away to those rich bookies.

As a fellow jets fan I went for the Browns also. Nothing against the Giants but I think the Browns can do it.

I just took a shot- nothing more than a feeling. In the NFL anything can happen (Rams beat Skins yesterday).

It just cracks me up how the "so called experts" in this forum jumped all over me for posting a play. They're all well informed experts before the game.

I'm not good, and don't claim to be- but got lucky tonight. Better to be lucky than good.

Well of course people thought the Giants would win, "they were undefeated". But the truth is, all you have to do is look at the lines. Giants were -9 with a ML of -330 at closing time, that's 70 cents light for that spread!! I took Browns +9.

The sharps knew what was going on. Very nice job on the pick.

Congrats man, I had the Browns with the points, didn't think they'd pull the win out though, although nothing surprizes me in this league. Good for you, nice gutsy pick.

i think that game was fixed like most big games, the giants didnt even seem to care if they scored or not 2 chances i understand the interception, but that last drive they had that game was fixed.

People that claim a game like this was fixed just because they lost money on a really good team that lost to a bad team (like all the people that lost money on the Redskins yesterday) do not understand intangibles and will keep losing a lot of money on "Easy games" like this one. Here are some of the warning signs that you should have considered before pulling the trigger on the Giants.

1)MNF
2)Big home dog
3)Pivotal game for Cleveland, even after a horrible start, they were a win away from being tied for second in their division.
4)Coach's job on the line
5)Same with QB

I have also lost bets in games where a superior team plays like shit and I get paranoid and think someone must have paid the QB to play retarded on that game (See Tulsa and Texas Tech last saturday), but after a while you will be able to recognize the warning sings, and if you can't recognize them at least consider the people that do and post them here.

Its hard to go against what you think is a sure thing when other people seem to say things you don't agree with, but when there are quite a few of them saying the same thing then at least you should pass on your bet, see what happens for free and take that knowledge and use it the next time you bet.

When you see what seems like a really juicy spread, study it, read about the game, check what other people think in case you are missing something, and if you still love it, do it all again. The line makers don't make mistakes that often.

For real. People forget that they are all pro athletes. When one team has a slightly off night and another is really motivated you get what you got tonight. The gap is not as big as some may think.

im a giants fan and i even went with the browns....nothing personal G-MEN....but this is business....after the NFC EAST went 1-2 yesterday. the giants could afford to lose 1 game and the ML was def a value bet with all the shit the browns had at stake, such as there season....

Very good thoughts and write-up. I enjoy reading posts like this. Thanks. Much better than the jerks that say "ur gay" because I picked the Browns to win. Where are all the posters from above after I posted the play... I STILL can't hear you???? Where are you hiding. I don't post plays much but when I do and lose- I come right back and say that my picks sucked and i hope no one followed me. Where are all the experts here that loved Giants -9 on the road in a MNF game against a desperate team.
