    Where is the poll?

They'll go 11-5 IMO. Green Bay wins NFC North with 12 wins.

It's there. I agree, 11 games here....maybe less, but that may be bias.

A LOT of things fell their way last year to a 12-4 record. I don't see them being as fortunate this year, and maybe it's the anti-Favre in me but I don't think he has that memorable of a year at all. Also Rice is expected to miss half the year with hip surgery. Call me stupid but I already have them locked in for u9.5 wins at even money.

Slow start strong on the back end which could lead to a good playoff team getting the struggles out early

Indeed, that seems crazy to me, seems you should be getting a better price for u9.5, but it does look like they could end up falling apart.

i bleed purple, 40 plus years of heartbreak and tears
right now its looking real bad everything going against the vikes... rice gone for 1/2 the year, harvin in pain, the O line looks average, the bright spot is the D with EJ back and Chris Cook, best D line in football... my guess is vikes win 9, to win more than 9 they will have to win it with Defense and running game

That's because it's through one of my locals. I don't deal with online anymore

My stats show that the Vikings were the second luckiest team in NFL for 2009 for lack of offensive interceptions allowed...second to the Cowboys. As for defensive interceptions the were in 2009 and usually are slightly inferior. As for fumbles picked up and hanging onto the ball...they are just average.

Given that you would expect 11.24 wins based on PS and PA I think we can knock this down at least one game to 10 expected wins or less due to "luck" factors.

Of course the line is set at 9.5 in my book so there is no point in wagering on this, except for the office pool. :-)

I am making a guess, but I feel that they will have a 10-6 season.

Good stuff therber. I was a bit shocked Vegas had it at 9.5 but we shall wait and see

I'd go 9-10 given their schedule and the fact that they have a week 4 bye - the worst bye a team can have imho.

Their first 7 games will be extremely trying... maybe that 4th week bye is a blessing in disguise

They will win the nfc north because the packers straight up suck.
