Good question, I would just talk about it in here. The NFL forum will bring greater exposure to your threads.

I don't know anything about arena football, I tried to watch a few years back but it was painful. I just don't know the rules and regulations.

AFL should be discussed in this section LK.

BTW, It looks like SBR Odds will be offering this sport as part of it's service.

has anyone seen early lines for week 1 yet, and does anyone know a book that has futures for divisional winners?

I haven't seen anyone post these as of yet LK. It's rather surprising too really, because the season starts like next weekend I believe.

LK, I played that shit back in '01 for the Memphis Explorers. I got hurt worse than any other time in my career. When you get knocked into the wall nothing gives but your body. You get blind sided from every direction and you have to play both ways unless you are an offensive specialist (almost always QB) or a defensive specialist. One on each side. I stayed on the DL most of the time. I retired for good after that year. It is fun to watch live though.

I think only a few of us play it here but we had some good threads on it last season.

Like basketball, I find it hard to watch unless it is the 4th quarter. If you guys can show me value in investment, I would be more than open to invest.

Check this out guys....Arizona is 5.5 dogs tomorrow.

RATTLERS WILL MAKE THE PLAYOFFS. GUARANTEED.
    10/30/2007 1:51 PM

PHOENIX – The Arizona Rattlers have made sports history today: the team has guaranteed their season ticket holders a trip to the playoffs, or a full refund…no strings attached.

“We are putting millions of dollars on the line,” said Rattlers managing partner Brett Bouchy. “However, we have full confidence in our new coaching staff, and look forward to returning to the playoffs in 2008.”

The campaign, unveiled today, is one of the most unique in sports history. There will be no caveats, clauses or fine print. If the Rattlers do not make the playoffs, fans will be refunded 100% of the cost of their season tickets by the team...period.

“It’s great that the ownership has that kind of confidence in us,” said Head Coach Kevin Guy. “The guarantee is another sign of our commitment to excellence, and getting this organization headed in the right direction. It should be a very exciting year to be a Rattler fan.”

The 2008 Arizona Rattlers kickoff their 17th season in March. Season tickets, group tickets and premium single game tickets can be purchased by calling 602-379-2333.
