found this tidbit to support the over in seattle
Tennessee is 14-4 OVER (+9.6 Units) as a road dog of 7 points or less since 1993; 7-0 OVER (+7.0 Units) in all games where the total is 35 or less since 1993. Seattle compliments this position as well noting they are 22-9 OVER (+12.1 Units) as a favorite since 1993.
