Books say Denver. Hard to argue with that. Here's the lines from Pinny:

    404 Pittsburgh Steelers +305
    409 Denver Broncos +160
    414 Carolina Panthers +470
    417 Seattle Seahawks +280

i think the Panthers +470 is not a bad bet in this spot.

anyone of these teams could win it this year really, not that the colts are out of the picture.

I don't go against Pittsburgh again unless a significant injury takes place.

I have to say Pittsburgh, if they can squeeze by Denver.

Should be a tight one at Mile High. I remember the Steelers winning a close one in San Diego (24-22), and Denver folding in a similar situation in New York (23-24). Those type of wins/losses are all about character.

Also, if there is such a thing as 'ref credit', then Denver is in the red ink after what happened this weekend, and Pittsburgh in the black. The refs are watching these games as well... A close call or two in Pittsburgh's favor could easily decide this.

I would say Denver, taking out Carolina in a close one 5-3 final in the Superbowl.

All joking aside. I like Denver to win the Superbowl. Plummer looks like he is doing enough to make his team win. Kinda like Dilfer did with the Ravens.

But who knows with these officials, anything can happen.

Here's an update 24 hours later. Does this say anything?

    404 Pittsburgh Steelers +290
    409 Denver Broncos +175
    414 Carolina Panthers +440
    417 Seattle Seahawks +285

Maybe BBD had a good read!

After much thought and consternation, I'm taking Carolina and Pittsburgh with Pittsburgh winning it all.
