    I had to look it up and your right Ryan Leaf was a bigger bust. They both played 3 years but Russell won a few more games with a better record and had a better completion percentage. Leaf's TD to INT's were flat out horrible (14-36) compared to Russells (18-23).

    But if you look at how much money Russell stole that probably makes him the bigger impact bust.

    think you are missing the positive part of this story. Raiders are miserable fukk-ups cause the Emperor is an insane fukk-up. but this move gives me hope. after years of mismanagement, nice to see them make a right move.

    they did beat the defending Super Bowl champs LY.

    I know Russel sucks and he has terrible motivation but he wasn't put into the best of situations either.. He had awful players around him and went through a diff coach and coordinator every year
