Im just wondering after TO's mild manner season in Buffalo why a team has not picked him up; at 36 he can still separate; he's a big target; you make him the # 2 guy on a team only good things could happen; 49ers; give him a shot; surround Alex with as much talent as possible
He will get picked up closer to training camp
He can help any team, still above average

Another thing is Owens himself. He's probably playing the Favre card and prolonging negotiations hoping to get out of as many mini camps as possible. It might also be a dollars & cents issue or whatever other demands Owens might have.

He will be on a team before training camp.
As soon as a big receiver gets hurt in training camp, his value will rise a little.
He's probably busy doing the TO show anyways!

He will get picked up...The way it works is that teams know what these ol' vets can do, they want to see what the young guys and rooks can do in training camp. Once the coaches realize the young guys wont cut it they sign these kind of guys.
yeah its just a matter of time before TO gets signed, alot of teams have weak WR corps so it makes sense for someone to take a chance, I think the Bears could be a good place for him
