I read this on Pinnacle website "8 cent lines up to -154, 10 cent lines up to -184, 13 cent lines up to -199". Anyone who is familiar with baseball betting can explain to me pls?

If the line is -154 then the comeback is +146 an 8 cent line
If the line is -184 then the comeback is +174 a 10 cent line
