So do I. Once they iron out the kinks, they're not going back to being terrible.

Chargers are a very good team. Just Turner will stop them. Easy win for them this week

Their head coach can't be trusted in the long run.

Would not be at all surprised if the Chargers start moving from here just like the way the Steelers did during their Super Bowl run 500 at the midway point.......smokin' the rest of the way

    No.

You light the Broncos up for 41 who have the 31st rushing defense in the league and 25th overall defense in the league. Lets face it, the Broncos could very well be staring an 0-5 start in the face, but they had a fg in Buff and they were able to ice Janikowski...

maybe its good for confidence, lets see how they respond to Oakland

The whole divison is terrible in the AFC West, San Deigo should win that divison without a doubt. Yes I think they are finally coming around but I will make that judgment after a few more weeks.

They could of just laid down in Denver, but crushed them.

But I still don't believe in Rivers, I sure hope he isn't with the team much longer.

agree here as well. Brees would be a much better fit, but AJ went for youth. Rivers gets rattled too easily and I don't like him in big games...Oakland gave him fits last year....

No. Norv is not a good fit for this team. They stand NO chance of beating teams like the patriots, colts, and steelers.

Even with Norv as the coach I think this team will ignore him and run on auto pilot form here on out

    IMGV,
They've got so much money invested in Rivers. He ain't going anywhere anytime soon.

I like Rivers. Very fiery. In second year as starter a QB may try too much, leading to more mistakes and a lesser season. In first year he's just learning the ropes and trying to fit in. So more mistakes this year means he's getting better.

I don't think it is a good idea to play the San Diego yet. I watch the game they played with Denver and it was a set up game.

i have no doubt that turner will muck things up again before halloween

however sd has too much talent on their team and will make it to the playoffs due to playing in a weak afc west, despite norvs best efforts

    Default here we go again

Has chargers turned the corner man they got so many great players that just cant click and when they do wow. But the parla i play is given oaktown + 10 is that a risky bet

I agree. 2007 is a bust. Norv can't be trusted to win a meaningful game, coaching-wise. No way the Chargers will get to the Super Bowl through the wildcard road in the AFC. Probably a rematch with NE, this time in NE but still a loss.

2008 could have potential after Norv gets the boot, Cowher gets the job and instills an old school toughness to this team.

I voted "Yes", btw. They'll win the AFC west. That's what I imagined was the best they could have hoped after the poor start.

I thought there were back until I saw Rivers throw that pick-6 throwing back across the field, thowing across his body.

You just can't make that throw. Rivers almost single handedly pulled Oakland back into the game...until LT took over and ended it.
