    where do you think he would fit in at? He's still good enough for a year or too and help someone.

    I can't believe the Jets would do this. I know he'll be 32, but he just came off his best career season.

    Besides, in the current NFL a team can never have enough RB depth. Was his 3 million roster bonus really too much?

    Maybe Jones was threatening to sit out of camp or something. Must be some politics involved.

    yea greene is really good. i can see jones in sd. although seems like sd is pretty cheap these days

    I'm shocked they released him. I would of thought he has some trade value.

    eagles would be a good fit or as a backup to AP in minnesota. Id like the steelers to get him since parker is gone

    Seems like a really odd time to release the guy. I'm sure he'll land somewhere and have another productive season.

    I can see him going within the AFC east to get back at the jets for releasing him. I don't feel like they made the right decision, especially since leon washington is also a free agent and could leave the team as well.
