Did Bill Cowher really retire in the true sense of the word or did he retire from coaching the Steelers with the idea being that he'll end up coaching somewhere else like the Redskins for instance?

No question in my mind he'll be back. Most likely for the 2008 season after taking one full year off. He's still a young man and the $$$$ that he'll command once the whispers start that he's going to unretire guarantee he'll be back.

Cowher pulled a pure power move. His market value was more than Pittsburgh would pay. He'll make bank when he comes back in 2008.

It looks like he'll be in Cleveland, Dallas or Washington in '08.

Yeah I wouldn't doubt if it was Clev. I posted it in the first Bill Cowher thread you made that it's flying around Clev. that they will dump this coach halfway through and pick up Cower but we'll see... I am not a Browns fan at all but I would like to see him there... He'd be good for the team and the city...
