If you plan to take the Saints and the points (+5.5) its time to think about placing your bet early instead of waiting til Gameday. With the recent injury news of Colts Freeney...and you know how the media makes a "mountain of a mole hill" as well as more meaningless intangables later...I feel, the $Action is currently on the Saints as I speak! Don't be surprised if you see +5 tomorrow and even +4.5 by game time. Now, 1 point may or may not make a difference when its all said and done but, I have lost many, many wagers and parleys by that damn hook! So for me, I'm grabbin the +5.5 NOW because I really don't see it increasing to +6 unless Brees says he is wedding a Kardasian or Warren Buffet is laying 100 Large on Indy. Now you can always buy a half point or more but, I think come Gameday...you may have to buy some to get that 5.5 ?

If anything, the line is going up, not down. Vegas is fluctuating the line between -4.5 and -6, and the ML between +170 and +190. You simply are not going to see anything over 6 points, or under 4.5 points for this line. I t really matters not when you wager, unless you can sit on every line movement every minute of the day. If the line even hits 6.5, the wiseguys who grabbed 3.5 and 4 will pay the 10% vig and middle themselves to 7.

I thought I was gonna get 6 1/2. This sucks. I felt like that was a good number.

I still feel like people are betting the Colts, but the line keeps going down. It was at 6 this weekend, and I almost friggin' bought, but now it's down to 5 and falling. I'm seeing some 4 1/2s. I think I'm gonna ride for a while and hope we can get back to 5 1/2 at least!

I just don't get this how are the Saints a feel good story because of Katrina? That shit happened like 5 years ago and they've been to the NFC championship 1 time already since Katrina. Its the same thing people are saying they are Americas team now. Its just beyond me. You know San Francisco burned down a while back, I think they should be Americas team next. And New York had a few buildings get blown to shit back in '01, I think they need to be Americas team after Frisco. And while we're at it you know Atlanta got destroyed also, lets make them the second Americas team, until the next natural disaster strikes.
