Agreed. Line shouldn't move that much and will stay at around six. Indy backers might as well take them now as this number will only go up. Im looking to play the saints and maybe this line can get up to 6.5 by gametime and I can buy the half point and get a full touchdown with new orleans. Good luck with the big game everyone. I dont think you guys understood the question. He has a prop on the colts to win the superbowl at +100, hes asking if you think the moneyline on the saints will go up so he can hedge off his bet.

IE hes has 1.00/1.00 on the colts

at +185 currently you can wager 0.54/1.00 on saints to secure a Even or +0.46 on your wager
or you can wager 0.81/1.50 on saints ML to secure yourself a profit either way( depending on what side you feel more confident with), your bet size and confidence in your colts play is what would determine how much youd like to hedge. I think the moneyline will move to about +195 tho. Goodluck guy.

simple math. The amount he wagered was 1.00 . so to figure out how he can elimnate his loss potential you would go.

1.00 divided by 1.85 to get 0.54.

1.50 would be the median bet range to get a profit on both ends of the wager so you'd do...

1.50 divided by 1.85 to get 0.81

and as i said his hedge should only be to cover his potential loss on colts ML if he remains confident in his wager.
