In the previous meeting, the Jets were down 15-10 in the 3rd qrt when Manning and all of the studs were yanked. The Jets were also the more desperate team then. Manning and company had to sit and watch in disgust as the Jets ended their perfect season.
Let's also not forget Manning had a 95 QB rating in that game and Addai was averaging over 6 yds per carry. Sure the jets defense is great, but we are dealing with Manning, Addai, Garcon, Collie, Clark, and Wayne. There are just too many mismatches there. Plus, Indy is much more mature than SD. Ryan is brilliant but Manning is moreso. This is not a game that offers any edge more than any regular season game. I've never seen a number 1 seed get so little respect and a dog get hyped up so much. Why would you load up on this game on the Jets or really either team for that matter? Personally, I have Indy -7.5 but I don't have any more at stake than I would on a regular bet.

Take the over 52.5 for NO and NO -4.5, ML on Jets one unit and two units Jets +7.5 (best bet), no bet on over or under 41. That is about where I thought it would land. If the line goes up, take under 45.

Here is what I saw this weekend. Colts only got by because Ravens fell apart. Minn stomped a Dallas team that was worse than fell apart. They could not do anything.

Without knowing the line, I will say Jets beat Indy in a game that goes under 45 and New Orleans wins at home. Forget their 13 point loss to Carolina . NO had their home field in the bag by then. Minn did win handily against the hapless Cowboys but they put up 35. NO won handily too but got 45. This game goes over 57.

Manning is better at QB than the Jets are on defense. He cancels out the best defense. He is too good and has too many weapons. Sanchez played the game of his life and they still couldn't win or come close. It took Manning a little while to figure out what Ryan was doing but he did and it showed.
