I'm going to wait for it to climb and then "slam" the Vikings. Their defense is good enough to keep it close. Don't fall in love with the Saints for what they did on Saturday. Arizona has no D and gave up 40+ both games, and to make things worse they lost Rodgers-Cromartie, and then Warner got clocked. I think the Saints will likely win, but after watching the Vikings yesterday I would not lay more than 3 points.

Early movement has it holding steady. There was an initial movement to 4.5 but now it is back to 4. I thought with the movement to 4.5 it would be on it's way up, but the return to the opener makes me think some folks are taking a critical look at this one. Great match-up between an offense that seems to have re-established its swagger with a defense that was utterly dominant on Sunday.

My early lean is with your Saints Zboiz. I think Brees can handle the pressure (and there will get pressure) better than Romo did.

Z please place a disclaimer for the newbies that don't know that you are the biggest Louisiana homer on the forum so they don't think you are making an unbiased statement! God love ya and your emotional wagers.

Life long Saints fan here. Not sure what to make of this game. The Vikings have always been a playoff thorn to the Saints.

My question is, who taught Reggie Bush to stop running like such a pussy?

At +4 the vikings are the play. The initial reaction would be to take the saints. I know the saints played real well on saturday but minny looked very good yesterday against the cowboys. I really want the saints to win this game bad but for betting purposes i think the vikes will lose by a fg.If you look at these teams the vikes have no real weaknesses besides maybe their secondary which i think can be and has been exposed this season. The question is will Brees get time and can the saints run against the best rund defense in the league. The saints defense is much better than people give them credit for and are ball hawkers but once again warner showed you can move on them. I think Favre can drive the vikings down the field as long as he gets time.If I was a saints fan i would be really worried about peterson. He is due to explode at any time. Lets see what happens.

I agree that it's close game, and I don't know if I am playing at all right now. That said, your comments in bold above are often forgotten and lead me to lean Saints. Either way, I think we are going to see a good game. Something that has been out of character for these playoffs.

The Vikes are the play. Their defense is hands down better than the Saints. As much as I would like to see the Saints win this game and get to the Big Game, their defense is going to have to play a monster game to beat Farve and company. Farve is on a major role now. What a way for him to go out. Superbowl Champions. THe line opened at 3.5 in Vegas, and quickly went to 4, where it remains. The ML is at +170. Let's see what happens today, normally a rather dead day, but different because it is a holiday.

Great value on the Saints....anything under 7 will remain a great value.

Don't forget the over, as the Saints will get 40+ pts by themselves.

Chopper this is why stats can mean so little at times.

You do know those defensive stats are majority of the 2nd and 3rd strain players right? The Saints defense was hit with a lot of injuries during the season,
but now they are healthy. As I stated last week, when the Saints are healthy they are the best team in the NFL!

This is a point that know one and I mean know one is talking about! The Saints held Arizona to ONLY 14 points! It should of been 7 but they called Sharper INT back because of a garbage hand to the face.

Can Minny secondary hold up? The same secondary that the Steelers, Cards, and yes Cutler and the Bears shredded??

Decoy, hell, if the guy finally figured the key to being a successful back is to find a hole and hit it instead of dancing around like a ballerina, give him the ball.

the point that i'm worried about really is , how is Favre going to handle Sharper...this could very easily go to the Favre of old....3,4,5 picks are not out of the question..but i think he stays focused and tries to go out in style..i'm on Minny to cover this one..

I think..Half of you will be right..and half will be wrong..who the fuk knows whats really going to happen..turnovers always seem to play a huge role..thats what makes Ed Reed such a fantastic player..he tried with all his heart to get the Ravens in the game..bad break when he fumbled and then lost another int on a pass intfer..

anyways..I got no clue here..either team can win really if they play their best ball

Saints can name the score. Come to think of it I hope they do, up 4TD's and less than 2 minutes to go I hope they are airing the ball out against this embarrassment of a Vikes team.
