    Default New England Backers ONLY

NE does not lose at home in January. This is a FACT. I believe Edelman can and will be a factor in this game. Welcoming back Wilfork and Warren greatly enhances the rush defense for NE, and this is no longer the Rex Ryan ran Ravens defense. It is true that it all may end next week in SD, but it don't end TODAY.

I have NE -3 (-115) $460 tw $400 through Bookmaker, and may add more Any NE backers are welcome to chime in their thoughts. BOL

In my opinion Welker being out is somewhat of a good thing. Two reasons. One, Edelman is the same type of receiver as Welker and very good. Two, the Ravens know Welker and cannot plan as much for Edelman. I do not think that will matter. If Moss was out they have nothing like him. If you take the Pats buy the hook to 3, and no I am not Lang.

Pat's win by 6 or more. Be leary in 1st half bet, might be a 1 point game but come 2nd half NE stops Balt and moves the ball, securing the win. 'Weather looks bad, leaning towards the under' is what i keep hearing..i know Tenn isn't a Balt team but that was a snowy game and in the 50's...

I've had conflicting reports for today's forecast at Foxboro....partly sunny with a high of 25, and the other was cloudy with a 30% chance of snow, high 24. Those were both ran last night around 9 PM, so I'll check that info out again and post back here.

Since Bill Belichick became head coach in 2000, the Patriots have
had consistent late-season success, winning 24 of their 29 games
played between Dec. 25 and the end of the NFL postseason. New
England’s record includes a 14-3 playoff mark and an 10-2
    regular-season record over that span.
PATRIOTS UNDER BILL BELICHICK AFTER CHRISTMAS (24-5)
    2000 0-0 2005 2-2
    2001 4-0 2006 3-1
    2002 1-0 2007 3-1
    2003 4-0 2008 1-0
    2004 5-0 2009 1-1
    2000-09 Totals……..24-5

I'm not heavy on trends, but this trend is hard to dismiss.

the ravens will kill the patriots... Brady is a very good QB but he has an injury and wes welker is out so I think no questions about who will win this matchup today.

Ya, weather won't be an issue. NOAA's updated forecast is what i go by when betting on football, all looks good and cold weather game trends in the past few weeks shows the over being the play.

This Afternoon: Mostly sunny, with a high near 25. Northwest wind between 8 and 10 mph.
