Default Got Bengals & Jets for AFC Champ/SuperBowl

Got them both so high, I plan to start hedging at the Divisional Playoffs and then profit.

You'd better hedge. Neither of these two teams deserves to be in the playoffs, from a quality of team standpoint.

You guys misunderstand me....@ SB +3600(+1800) and +4300(+2000) for these two teams...by them playing each other...I can bet the other sides for the remainder of the playoffs and either profit slightly or make good money since they meet each other first round.

    You will lose money.

When these two teams start playing some of the big boys, they'll be 4-1 underdogs. If you would have just bet the ML week by week, you'd be getting maybe 60-1. You'll be laying huge odds just trying to cut your losses.

I don't see any team being bigger than -225 against either one of these teams. Certainly not 4-1.

Cincy @ SD three weeks ago, SD was laying 3-1. If the Jets win, it'll be higher. If they play Indy, it'll be at least that. It's very standard for the bye team to be laying these kinds of odds. Personally, I think Cincy & NYJ are a joke and will probably drive even higher odds, approaching 4-1.

P.S. Anyone remember Cards getting 6-1 on the ML going into Carolina last year in the playoffs?

So, the Jets @ +120 vs Cincy, @+320 vs SD, @+300 vs Indy works out to +3600 EV.

Do you still like your bet?

You can't count Cincy since I had them as one of my two futures...I had one of those two teams coming out from that game...In the end it was +320, +295/300...so not +3600
