Really what would the Lions gain by winning this game? By getting their 3rd win of the year, they would risk losing the 2nd pick of next year draft. Getting 3 wins would put them into a potential 3 way tie with the 3-12 Buccaneers and Chiefs.

Yeah, the Bears -3 is probably the a safest line to go with. While it's likely the Rams will do the same, to assure themselves the #1 pick, +9 is still alot points.
