    Default Giants/Skins OVER 43.5 one of my favorite plays of the year

    This is a matchup of two offenses who have been playing above par lately. The Giants and especially Eli have been playing great offensively. Since the bye, the Giants have scored 34, 6, 31, and 38. A small bump in the schedule came when the Giants traveled to Denver on 3 days rest and lost in an awful game Thanksgiving night. Eli has broke his personal record of yards in a single game twice in this small stretch against the Falcons and then last week against the Eagles. In the last 4 games the Giants have given up 31, 26, 24, and 45. I am a Giants fan and have not missed a single game all season, and this Giants pass defense is the worst D I've seen in years. Teams cut up our battled and inexperienced secondary like butter. Blown assignments and just pure shitty coverage leads to big plays left and right for opposing teams. In 3 of the past 4 games the total has been over 54 points. Look for the Giants to stop the run enough leading to a lot of passing plays for the Skins.

    The Redskins offense has been getting it done lately against some quality opponents. They have scored 24+ in 4 of their last 5 games including 30 against the Saints and 24 against the Eagles. Campbell and Zorn seem to finally be on the same page compared to earlier in the season as they have been playing much better. Their games have gone over 43 in 4 of their last 5 including a 63 point game against the Saints. At home vs. an NFC East rival will get this team hyped up.

    turns out this is a huge play for me i have two 3 team parleys tied into this over. i liked it the minute i saw it earlier this week. every time i looked at it and thought it threw i couldnt envision both these teams not getting into the 20's..nyg pass defense is a str8 mess and the problems arnt something they cant just fix.. now they facing cambell a guy ive liked since college he's been threw a lot with this team lots of coaches different systems and it looks like the old guy and zorn got something figured out for this kid(bout time) wash te davis has been looking like a star against better pass defenses than this. nyg depleted lb corp and safety's could have a real problem with this guy. on the other side eli and his young ultra-talented but mistake prone wrs seem to have things clicking bradshaw looked better last week and the o-line and fat boy did there thing. wash run d much better than phi so i expect nyg is going to have to get in a shootout to win. i cant see this gm not getting to at least 27-21..leaning wash ml as well but this gm could go either way imo over is the best play

    i feel ya LB i personally hate prime time tv overs... but we got some things going in are favor for this 1. perception of these teams is low scoring battles should help as its not like dal/no, hou/ten, etc (teams public knows are high scoring where under was lock) so that should keep it from getting hit as 1 sided as a lot of monday nights throw in the weather on east coast(non-factor) but perception is king. im only seeing 59% on the over not nearly as lop sided as im sure 2nite was(didnt looK) and as i think you will see this number isnt going to drop. last but not least mon night unders been killing ppl(paying me) and im sure at this point you got the guys that say oh under has hit X many times in a row so im playing the under. what it comes down to is i cant see how these teams dont score in the 20's and all the reasons i usually hate prime time overs have factors in my favor to go over in this 1.

    take the over in this one. hes right. a 40 point over under is a td and feild goal per quarter. toss in any kind of quick score and you have the over. the redskins will impress the crowd at home and you know eli will put up points. over covers pretty easily. also the skins is a good pick on the ml. this is a great chance to get anyone out of a hole who got beat this week. the over is he play however!

    HOLE....shit we gettin money! im up enough that i got two 3 team parleys going with this over left and im not hedging shit. THIS will make xmas nice and give me nice roll going into the bowl gms and playoffs(cant fukin wait!)

    im with you with wash as well not nearly as confident have small 3 team left with wash ml to cash it just gonna let that ride and see what happens should be a really good game

    Guys, the Giants offence is a very powerful one. Look for the solid Redskins defence to stop the under-performing Giants run game and force the Giants to pass the ball in which they excel in. Yes, it is the Redskins offence but it is also the Giants 2009 defence. If the Giants get any lead look for the Redskins offence to also being passing the ball which they will succeed enough at to score points. I see a 31-17 28-24 type game tonight.

    I am not ZBoiz I have never made a thread like this where I specifically like a single play. You will also never hear me say the L word on here because I am a realistic gambler and I realize there is no guarantee. But this is one play that I like and thought you guys should cash with me.

    I can see the over the Giants secondary is banged up and has been vulnerable and the Redskins have finally been able to break the 17 point mark.

    Wouldn't you guys say the Over is a little too easy looking? We all know the Redskins have been scoring points lately and the Giants defense has been terrible lately... just seems too easy to take the over. Plus 68% are on the Over 43.5 according to SBR odds

    sbr odds are only from 1 book i believe sportsinsights has it at only 57% on the over a incredibly low number for prime time game

    when someone come here and say team's secondary is banged up and opposition team will be able to score, they always never do....... some therefore, I am betting medium amount on under to see what happens.... I bet redskins will have trouble scoring today.
