Default Never Bet Against Peyton Manning

I didnt as was rewarded for it in the moneyline. I have to say the Colts defense leave something to be desired, why I keep hearing analysts rave about them is beyond me, its Peyton whom they win games with. Freeney not being 100% doesnt help, but I dont like their defensive schemes. Second time in 3 weeks Peyton pulled it out for me, the first being against the Texans, who like the Jags tonight, ran through that pourous run defense.

Manning is the best QB in the league. Especially, running the no huddle.

I wrote this down a long time ago, I had a lean toward the Jags last night, but my note saved me. Another valuable note that has saved me over the last few years is: Don't bet the Raiders!

The Colts D fell from 2nd in fewest points allowed to 4th after last night! Granted..they didn't play well last night but 4th is still pretty damn good when you consider Peyton scores so fast that the defense is always on the field more than 30 minutes/game! Plus Bob Sanders and Marlin Jackson have barely played and Kelvin Hayden just got back 2 weeks ago! They didn't play their defensive scheme last night either....they haven't blitzed that much in the 25 years they've been in Indy?

Agree, guy couldn't make a throw on the final drive, all his balls were sailing high on him. If he makes 2 more descent throws, Jags would have won this one.

Yep. Peyton is definitely the best QB in the league and has been for a while. But many of these wins are coming from inept opposing QB play. Just look at last year's 21 pt 8 minute 4Q comeback against the Texans and Rosenfels. Peyton played his part, but Rosenfels gave them that game, bar none. Gerrard booted this one away for the Jags.

Never bet against Peyton, Rivers, Brady, Brees & Favre, but consider their opposition as well.

I made the same note last week after I reluctantly put 500 on the broncos b/c several "experts" had it as their "game of the year". What a crock of sh^t. Well the same experts said take Jags last night so I faded and prospered. I'll never bet against him again. Here are my notes right now:
    Never bet against Peyton Manning.
Never bet against New England at home.
    Never bet on the Rams.
If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

There is no Doubt about it. The Colts Defense is subject to Abuse. These guy's bend but do not break.
How much longer can it last?
Im sure Manning would enjoy some Drew Brees type wins.
One thing about Manning though he is like a fine tuned machine, out there running that offense.

I was thinking the same thing, but you can't help but blame Garrard for missing out on 2 chances with decent field position on those last two drives. Guy just forgot how to throw.
